PaperCut and FollowMe Universal Printer

When printing from any interface, please select the “FollowMe Universal” printer It will look like this in Chrome and Other apps like Word/Excel Etc. If you wish to print in color, there will be <dollar amount> charge to a balance of <balance amount> that will be given to you at the start of the school year, and again after Christmas break. Once you exhaust that balance, no color printing will be allowed at the copiers, you will have to submit to WebCRD or get authorization from the building administrator for emergency situations. You will have to acknowledge the color print option prior to the job being sent to the queue. If you do not acknowledge the color print dialog box, the job will remain at your PC.

At the Toshiba Copier you can sign in 3 ways. 1^st, and preferred method will be to swipe you JD Badge at the copier. A sticker will indicate to “swipe here”

Second will be to enter one of the 2 options listed below. Username and password are just that, your computer login, the other will be the first 6 digits on the back of your badge.

You will be presented with the below screen to give you the options of what you would like to do at the copier. Print Release is just that, releasing the print job you sent to the copier. You even have the option to change it back to Greyscale (black and white) should you wish to forego the charge of <dollar amount> per page

The Access Device button will get you to the standard options of the Toshiba copiers you are familiar with. Faxing, copying etc.

Next option is the scan options. On this screen you can scan to your email by clicking  “Scan to my email” or the other option is to email to another JD email. Where you would just enter their username.
